Multiple Sclerosis

Multiple sclerosis affects the brain and spinal cord. It is also call a demyelinating disease.

Myelin is a material that covers the nerves inside our central nervous system. When the body by mistake starts attacking the myelin layer of our nerves, it results in loss of function of some of these nerves and results in symptoms.
